“First time in Guangzhou, nice room, clean, desk area could be a bit bigger, only 2 packages of coffee per day (I know I could have asked for more but I felt after seeing I used both every day, they would leave more the next day to see if I would use them and notice I didn't use the tea). Location is good and convenient to metro, dining, etc. Would go back!”

“Overall, everything is in order. It is a quiet place and the room is adequately spacious for 2 . The room is clean and the pillows and beds are nice to tuck in each night. Of course we have difficulty adjusting the Aircon switch and tv as we do not read Chinese instructions.But we asked the cleaning lady and she assisted to adjust and explained each step. Yuki ,the front desk lady whom we met on the very first and last day gave us a very good impression of hotel 1st class hospitality service! ...

Veldig begrenset engelskkunskaper på betjeningen, men det løser seg med en oversetter. Kinesere generelt er jo ikke et utpreget høflig folkeslag, slik som mange andre i fjerne østen, men de var ikke uhøffige heller. ”
