“I spent six days here and it was a pleasant place to relax and unwind.
Its convenient for the airport and thanks to Uber get around was easy and its just a short ride to the metro.
The staff are very friendly and nothing seemed to be to much trouble.
The restaurant was OK, a large menu, but much of it wasn't available, but what there was was very tasty. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient.
Would certainly stay again when I am passing through.”

Besonders begeistert waren wir von unserem ersten Yoga-Retreat, das wir hier gemacht haben. Es war eine fantastische Erfahrung, die unsere Reise noch besonderer gemacht hat.

“I enjoyed 2 nights of very relaxing time
it is nice small resort with some auverda treatments and yoga classes
however it is not quite either serious auverda or focused on yoga place
I believe it is nice stop if you travel around india but not a destination place to come specially for this spot .”

“Australian family with 8 and 11 yr olds. A very mixed experience with staff hence that part of the review: Naturalist guide Abilash and birding was amAzing. Guest relations manager very attentive. Restaurant staff borderline unfriendly. Lots of miscommunication from bookings person that led to a lot of avoidable stress and triple check if they have availbility during peak times even if Expedia says they have plenty of tents avail. “This was our repeat stay in Werzler. First time in the chalet and this time in the room. The resort is well maintained with attention to detail and excellent service. The Place has been tastefully done and some rare historic photographs, both from India and all over the world, adorn the reception area. We hope to make this resort our place of stay during our annual visits to this area”

“I took this hotel to meet with my two school friends from Muvattupuzha for a maximum of two hours evening time. Hotel was nearly empty.
Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..
I checked in at 5pm and vacated at 7pm. Took another hotel Kabani , with much more facilities and wonderful staff and paid less money.
I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.
