“I spent six days here and it was a pleasant place to relax and unwind. Its convenient for the airport and thanks to Uber get around was easy and its just a short ride to the metro. The staff are very friendly and nothing seemed to be to much trouble. The restaurant was OK, a large menu, but much of it wasn't available, but what there was was very tasty. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Would certainly stay again when I am passing through.”

“The hotel is not worth it they don’t have a proper Resturant the food menu is very very limited , No hot water in the washroom in two night and three days having a shower with hot water is a dream , the air conditioning is like it only worked for one day rest no AC you tell the staff though it was helpful but they could not get the AC dined we were a group and jade about 8 rooms booked all had similar issues , staff is good but the hotel is not worth ₹ 5,200 which I paid. Avoid this hotel. ”

“Australian family with 8 and 11 yr olds. A very mixed experience with staff hence that part of the review: Naturalist guide Abilash and birding was amAzing. Guest relations manager very attentive. Restaurant staff borderline unfriendly. Lots of miscommunication from bookings person that led to a lot of avoidable stress and triple check if they have availbility during peak times even if Expedia says they have plenty of tents avail. Superb location / cabins and we Loved kayaking on Periyar. Early...
