"Our room wasn't cleaned for 4 days even after speaking to Management, no clean towels, toilet rolls, teas made stuff, nothing, bin not emptied either. We wer told it was because of Covid 19. Although we could pay extra for room to be cleaned if so required. 🤔🙄We had to go to Reception each day ..."

"Hotel was nice and clean, plenty of parking in the underground parking lot. Reception very friendly. Unfortunately the day I stayed both the main restaurant and pool / spa facilities were closed so can’t comment on them. The bar food was nice but limited choice. Bed was comfy and room a good size ..."

"Great location for staying near the ferry. We stopped over as arrived a bit later on the ferry and wanted to stay nearby. Good local pub options just a short walk away, handy supermarket and cafe too. Clean and tidy accommodation with comfortable beds. Struggled with hot water but would book ..."
