Located minutes from renowned wineries like Daou Vineyards and Booker Winery, Tin City’s eclectic tasting rooms, and top restaurants like Fish Gaucho and Firestone Walker Brewing Company, this home offers the perfect mix of exploration and relaxation. Close to everything but not right on the busy and loud streets.

Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring king-size beds, soft linens, and private bathrooms.

The open-concept kitchen and dining area are fully stocked with high-end appliances and essentials, making meal prep a breeze.

A bright, spacious living room invites you to unwind with friends or family after a day of exploring, with Spectrum high-speed internet and three Smart flat-screen TVs to keep you entertained.

Outside

Outside, the private backyard offers ample space with comfortable seating, a propane fire pit, and a BBQ—perfect for enjoying Paso Robles’ stunning evenings.

For added convenience, this home includes a washer and dryer in the garage, central A/C and heating, and garage and driveway parking, with plenty of additional street parking.

Entertainment

- Each room includes a Smart TV.
- No cable is provided, but there is an antenna offering local channels and over 100 others. We offer WiFi but do not offer a refund if it goes out, this is completely out of our control.

Family Friendly Features

We’ve added the following items to accommodate babies and toddlers:

- Brand new Peg Perego high chair
- Baby bath
- Safety gate
- Children’s dinnerware
- Pack-and-play with sheets

Pet Policy Rules:

-We are dog friendly, Maximum 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, $75 per stay (this fee does not cover damages). Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $150 fee and potential cancellation of stay.
- Any damage to plants, planters, furniture, etc., will be charged accordingly.
- Please do not wash your dog in the home. The bath and shower have soft enamel that can scratch easily. Lemos Pet & Supply in Atascadero or Paso Robles offers great dog wash stations.
- Do not leave your dog alone at the listing without prior approval.
- Please do not allow your pet on the furniture.

For any reasonable accommodations, please reach out and we can discuss prior to booking. Most of the time I can be very accommodating.

House/Property Rules

- No smoking indoors. if evidence of smoking is found, $250+ deep cleaning fee will be charged.
- Respect the neighborhood by keeping Quiet Time between 10 PM and 7 AM.
- No bookings for longer than 21 days,

If you should find anything to your dissatisfaction, please bring it to our attention the day you arrive. Please note, we take pictures and video the entire house before you arrive to ensure the home is ready for each guest. This protects both the owner and the guest.
