Close to town but very private and peaceful

The property is located via a half mile driveway at the top of the hill. Guests are expected to drive 10 mph and there is an incline on the road to access the property. Road is fully paved until you reach the gravel parking area at the top of the hill.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking for up to 4-5 cars is available in the driveway and front of house. No street parking allowed.

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

The neighborhood is an ideal county setting. Warm nights and valley views are sure to put you in a state of relaxation.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Pets: One dog is allowed with prior approval and an additional pet cleaning fee.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

Wi-Fi and/or power outages are rare but can occur in rural settings, over which we have no control.

Please keep in mind that we are in a rural agricultural area where there can be snakes, rodents and insects. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control however they can still be present at times.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
