The Casita at Vista Santa Lucia is the perfect getaway for couples or small families, comfortably sleeping up to 2 adults and one infant or young children welcome. We are also pet-friendly and allow one dog per stay with agreement to our pet rules.

ℹ️ A Quick Heads Up
The owners live on-site with their two children and two dogs. The Casita shares a wall with a private shop/home office; however, the owners are very respectful of guest privacy. You will have your own private entrance and parking area, though you may occasionally see the owners around the property.

🔑 Important Guest Information
Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation
Security Deposit: $100 refundable security deposit per stay for incidentals
Pets: You must agree to our pet policy.
Quiet Hours: Begin at 10:00 PM — please respect noise levels for all guests and neighbors
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
