Vieni a goderti il ​​cielo sereno, l'aria fresca e le viste del tramonto sotto la cascata! La proprietà ha un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi in un ambiente tranquillo con un incredibile centro benessere. C'è molto spazio per parcheggiare all'interno di questa casa recintata. Goditi la campagna, a pochi minuti dalla degustazione di vini, dalla degustazione di olio d'oliva e dai meravigliosi ristoranti.
La casa ha una pianta aperta. Il bar per la colazione al mattino, è il posto perfetto per prendere un caffè e pianificare la giornata. A 15 minuti di auto da Templeton e potrete gustare una deliziosa colazione presso il Joe's o l'angolo cottura. Dopo un buon pasto, sei pronto per colpire le cantine! Così tanti tra cui scegliere! Uno dei nostri preferiti è Pomar Junction. Hanno un grande caboose storico e un sacco di eventi divertenti in corso. Le cantine sono infinite nella zona di El Pomar. Sulla strada di casa, assicuratevi di visitare The Groves al 41 (proprio di fronte all'autostrada da Summer Place) per una degustazione di olio d'oliva. Porta a casa una bottiglia del loro premiato olio d'oliva per creare un favoloso pasto al Summer Place. Summer Place è situato in posizione centrale. A soli 25 minuti dal Mid-State Fairgrounds, da Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle o San Luis Obispo.
Quando sei pronto per goderti la casa, la troverai aperta e invitante. La cucina è adiacente alla sala da pranzo e al soggiorno. C'è una sala TV (con un letto matrimoniale pieghevole) per svignarsela e guardare alcuni sport o un film. In fondo al corridoio troverete due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale che condividono il bagno della sala. La camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale ha un bagno privato.
Al calare della sera, puoi rilassarti, stappare e scollegare il barbecue. I pasti possono essere gustati al di fuori del grande tavolo di famiglia. C'è un sacco di posti a sedere per tutti. L'incredibile spa con cascata è il modo perfetto per godersi il cielo notturno e l'aria di campagna. Vivrai tramonti incredibili e stelle in abbondanza. Molti auguri sono stati fatti sulle stelle cadenti tutto l'anno a Summer Place!

Pictures don’t do this property justice!

The house was much larger than the pictures show and the whole outside area was absolutely the highlight for us and our two senior dogs. They loved sunbathing in the beautiful backyard. I saw some reviews that mentioned that they had initial issues with the spa, but I found it very simple to turn on/off. It has a timer as well which ensures that it doesn’t overheat you. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hosts were great communicators. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful sanctuary in the heart of wine country.

This property was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Both indoor and outdoor space were well appointed. Beds and furniture were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Several very nice touches throughout the house. The location is fantastic! A very short drive to multiple wineries, also a short drive to an amazing section of the California coast - several quaint towns with excellent food and shopping.

Fantastic location & property

Beautiful home

Everything was great, property is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was a little bumpy, wrong door code. A quick phone call fixed that. I would stay again if we were in the area, the outdoor jacuzzi was awesome. Only complaint, two days before the end of our stay we had maintenance people show up unannounced, guy on a ride on mower, and a guy spraying the yard. Automatic gate in front they have a code to, my dog was outside and could have gotten out onto the main road. 2 other maintenance people showed up after that, I feel that the tenants should be made aware that people are coming to maintain the property. I have no issue if I know beforehand. Dog out front, kids in back, no notice can create safety and privacy issues.

Peaceful interlude

This property was charming and everything was clean and easy to access. We loved the goats in the back and the country/wine country feel of the property. It was relaxing and a joy for all the members of our family age 3 to 77!

Great property!

We loved our stay! Fantastic property! Spacious, well equipped home in a gorgeous somewhat rural setting. The spa is a highlight! The spa rivaled Hawaii and Vegas resort spas…OMG! The location is smack dab in the middle of one the greatest wine regions in the world! Also, eateries everywhere! We’ll be back!

Can't wait to return!

Very nice and comfortable home up in the hills. It was nice to be off the beaten path and to have a relaxing hot tub to end the day in. The house was clean, super comfortable and perfect for our group.

Perfect getaway location in a secluded area.

When we arrived at the property we found that the entry instructions were easy. Upon walking in and touring the house we were amazed at how cozy it felt inside and how welcoming the front yard was. The backyard was the highlight for us with the hot tub and with all the extras they had there. We even took time to play a few corn hole games with the boards and bags provided to us. The beds were comfy and the entire house very clean. It was unfortunate that our stay was only for the weekend. I stayed there with 7 friends of mine and we all kept saying that this was the perfect place to stay at in the area. The house is far enough from everything to feel like a true get-away but close enough to shopping, restaurants, and other activities to not feel completely secluded.

Nice location but unfortunately we had a mouse in the house

It was a nice location. The kitchen could be much better equipped. The pans and pots were really old and scratched and also there was a very limited number of them available. The first night we saw a mouse in the kitchen that ran into one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately we were not able to catch the mouse or use that bedroom for the rest of our stay. The management company helped set traps when we contacted them. The traps didn't catch the mouse. Since a few members of our group were afraid of mice the rest of the stay was stressful for them.

Wine/golf family vacation

We had a wonderful time at the house. We were able to bring our 17 month old twins and they had a great time exploring the property and floating with us in the jacuzzi. The house was perfect for making great meals that we enjoyed together after wine tasting. We will definitely recommend this house to others!

Superb!

Property is amazing and house accommodates every need! The house is not luxurious, but it is 100% adequate. The indoor/outdoor living, hot tub, and expansive grounds make this an ideal house, property, and location given these COVID times. I really hope to be back soon!

Great place, few hiccups

The place itself is amazing - the waterfall spa is so fun, the house is spacious and clean, check in was easy and painless. However we ran into a few issues during our stay - the wall the refrigerator was plugged into apparently lost power, so the food we had in the fridge spoiled. We also experienced a loss of water pressure on our last night, so no water was coming through the sinks/showers/toilets. The property manager was communicative and the issues didn’t ruin our stay, but they were fairly inconvenient. Without those hiccups, this would definitely be a 5 star place!!

PERFECT!

Summer Place turned out to be the perfect away-from-home house for our wedding event weekend! Our stay was very relaxing and just a few steps away from The Groves on 41 where our event was held - so convenient. Our 2 grandkids had so much fun playing in the yards and discovering the beautiful wildlife entertainment. We will definitely return to Summer Place for future getaways! Thank you Paso Robles Vacations for providing such a beautiful house for us to enjoy.

Would have rated 5 but several problems on check in. All resolved by Mgmt. company..nice property

Very nice but upon arrival spa and A/C did not work. THe management property was responsive and handled/resolved the issues quickly but we were unable to use the spa the first night of our 2 night stay. Nice rural setting, clean house. Some outdoor furniture would benefit from cleaning and/or replacement.
