Escape to Our Charming Country Cottage in Wine Country. Nestled atop a scenic hill, our recently renovated country cottage offers breathtaking vineyard views and modern amenities while preserving its rustic charm. Whether you're unwinding in the hot tub, gathering around the wine barrel fire pit under a starlit sky, or sipping wine on the patio as the sun sets, this is the perfect retreat for relaxation. Early risers can enjoy their morning coffee with a stunning sunrise over the countryside.

Surrounded by rolling vineyards and open pastures, our cottage is home to an array of wildlife, including deer, quail, blue jays, rabbits, and squirrels. The patio provides a panoramic view of Paso Robles and Templeton’s renowned wine country, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.

THE RESIDENCE
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or families.
Full access to the entire property – Enjoy complete privacy with self check-in.
Entertainment & Comfort – Our TV is equipped with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Video, or you can log into your own streaming services.
Outdoor Living – Relax and dine on the patio with a grill, comfortable seating, and a propane fire pit.

LOCATION
We are conveniently located just 15-20 minutes from downtown Templeton, Paso Robles, and Atascadero, with award-winning wineries such as The Fableist and Still Waters Vineyards just minutes away. To enhance your country experience, the property is accessed via a short drive down a dirt road and up a small hill.

BOOKING INFORMATION
To finalize your reservation, guests must:
Sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
Complete security deposit authorization 2 days prior to arrival.

SECURITY & POLICIES
For your safety and property security, we have three outdoor security cameras that record audio and video 24/7:
Two cameras at the front of the house monitoring the driveway and entryway.
One camera at the back of the house overseeing the patio area.
Tampering with security cameras will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Perfect weekend

The house was great. Out and away from everyone which is what we were looking for. Little distance to get to stores but I’ll take that any day for the solitude. Definitely be back there. Was perfect for the family.

Very quiet vacation

Overall the property was very nice with property manager being very responsive. This place is quite a drive and is very secluded. Have to take dirt road to get to property and up a hill to get to drive way. Overall happy with our stay, house was clean but there were alot of bugs ( All we saw were dead), this is normal when centralized around agriculture but took a day or so to get used too.

House on the hill

My husband and I needed a relaxing get away after this past year and that is what we found in the house on the hill. Good idea to come during the daylight to be sure you get your directions correct. It is in a rural area where at night you can enjoy the sounds of nature and star gaze. It is only 15-20 from amenities and worth it. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, grilling on the grill, watching movies, relaxing in the hot tub and sitting on the patio enjoying the view of the vineyards. The beds are very comfortable, and we loved the shower in the master bedroom. It was very hot during our visit but while we were inside it wasn't noticeable because of an efficient A/C unit. Great place to call home during your visit to enjoy all the central coast has to offer. If you visit Sensorio light show in Paso Robles a must.
