Overall, great experience. Staff were very nice. Resort rules can be quite restrictive, We were stopped multiple times due to not having either a bottom or being a little wet to go to the food area. Everything about this property is amazing...the only negative is that some of the other guests are very rude. In the room next to ours on our second night, they were yelling, moving things around and laughing after 10 pm and the next morning before 7 am.

We had a large group of 18. The rooms were all cleaned each day. We had one a/c unit go out and a new one was installed that day. The pool and hot tub were cleaned each day as well.
