Thank you for nice review. First I got upset, when saw 3 stars as mark and thought, that there were problems, but when translated your review, I calmed down. You wrote among other nice comments: " Excellent value for money and quality ". Some quests consider stars for avaluation of aparts as stars for hotels. But it's not. Of cause my aparts is not a 5 stars hotel. In case of aparts, this is an estimate of the combination of price and quality( location, communication, cleanness....) Thank you for your high rating of my apartment! I'm glad that you were my guests for a whole month! The smell in one of the bathrooms does not always happen, but appears periodically and the smell is not strong. This is beyond my control. A couple of years ago, this bathroom was completely renovated, including replacement of pipes and ventilation.

Apartments are updated regulary. Aparts do not claim the title of 5 stars hotel but fully corresponds to the price and description. This is proved by a high rating during 10 years. Some people don't understand the difference between a guest's rating and a hotel's star rating.

Dear Alfred, thanks for your good review. I did a complete renovation in a small bathroom. Expand the shower area as much as possible. Indeed, some stairs lead to the apartments. Thank you so much for your review. I try to change sun beds as soon as they become unusable. Tenerife is a volcanic island and it's difficult to avoid hills here. If you go to the beach it's downhill, back up the hill. The complex is located in a quiet, cozy area. At the same time, it is within walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, supermarkets, water parks. This combination makes it attractive. And I' am very glad that you liked my apartments. Regarding the unpleasant smell in one of the bathrooms, perhaps it appeared due to the fact that the apartments were not rented for a long time due to the pandemic. First of all, I would like to apologize for the overlay with the time of arrival. The guests left their stuff and were forced to walk for 2 hours while the cleaning was carried out. Regarding the smell in the bathroom, there were no complaints neither during the stay nor at the moment of departure. My representatives, who take care about the apartments are in touch 24 hours and ask guests to report problems immediately so that it can be fixed. Talking about a discount, in my opinion, is not correct, because guests violated the rental rules( not smoking indoors). And so that we had to carry out additional cleaning. This review made me very upset. But I have more than 40 positive reviews, including from guests who return repeatedly. This gives reason to think that such a low mark of my aparts is only the result of an unfortunate set of circumstances.

But in the morning on the day of your arrival, an unforeseen situation occurred when the the hose on a hygienic shower had to be changed. Perhaps, after work, cleaning in the area of ​​the bathroom was not done so thoroughly as not to cause your indignation. I apologize for this inconvenience. Hi Stephen! Thanks a lot for your review. The way to aparts have 2 stairs of steps. Some distance from road makes aparts quite and view from terrace nice:) Of cause, opinion can be differen. From time to time some things go out of order in aparts. All equipment was already changed. Shower in bathroom will be changed asap. Air conditioning will be installed in the spring.
