Winter Sun
Communication was great. My husband uses a mobility scooter and the facilities in the apartment and surrounding complex were good with ramps to all areas. The staff in the pool bar and restaurant were very friendly and food in the restaurant was superb. The apartment has a lovely terrace that has shade and sunny areas and 4 good sunbeds. Also plenty of sunbeds by the pool too. A quiet area but within 15 minute walk of plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. We have a wonderful relaxing week

Can’t recommend enough
What a beautiful place, clean, well equipped and a fantastic terrace overlooking the pool. For us this was the best pool ever, so good for young and old alike. The bed was also super comfortable, and the linen was changed in our 8 day stay. The supermarket couldn’t get any closer just over the road, and very good prices. There is a restaurant on site and a couple within a short walking distance all serving good quality food at reasonable prices. It also was so easy to contact the owner if there was a need. All in all an apartment not to be missed. Ken & Penny March 2024

Xmas/New Year 3 week Holiday.
The apartment was excellent, very comfortable and clean. The owner and reception staff were on hand if needed and very friendly and helpful, thank you. We knew the Fairways very well and enjoyed the peace and quiet of this area, though as expected it was a little busier being over the festive period.

Ideal apartment
A lovely ground floor apartment. Immaculate, with everything you need for a wonderful stay - (including more than enough hangers). The only reason for 4 stars in the location question was because of the lack of shops & restaurants immediately nearby. Having said that, we did have some lovely walks, and found some lovely places to eat.

would highly recommend
We loved it here! was very clean and had the essentials. we would definitely come back again. the porch was a great place to sunbathe and saves hassle of having to go and get a sunbed by the pool. We liked the fact it got cleaned on a regular. AC in the bedroom was a life saver. If you’re debating booking here 100% go for it !

Lovely stay
Apartment well equipped with everything you need. Great communication with the owner before the stay and throughout. Apartment clean and modern, washing machine is very handy to have also. Sun on balcony all day long to enjoy. Apartment overlooking heated pool. Would definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Lovely resort nice and quiet just what we were looking for.

Lovely apartment
Just got back from my second stay at this lovely ground floor apartment. Perfect for our needs which are free wi-fi and a private terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything that anyone would need and is very clean and well maintained. When returning to Fairways in the future, I would definitely want to stay at this apartment again. 5 star accommodation.

Perfect place for comfortable holidays
We spent 10 days in this apartment during our christmas holidays and everything was simply perfect! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and not too small for two parents and two children. The club itself is well maintained, with a nice, heated pool, a pool bar and it was not too crowded (even in the x-mas period). We highly enjoyed our stay and will try to come back! Thanks a lot!

Lovely Relaxing stay!
We had a lovely time staying in B05. From the day we booked it till the time we arrived communication from Pen was excellent. The apartment was immaculate and bed comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the pool from our patio and had the sun all day! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine which didn’t last very long! 😉and some milk and coffee, which is great if you haven’t been able to get to the shop! The washing machine was a god send as We could keep up with the washing whilst we were there and it was easy to dry on the airer out on the patio. There was a nice seating area in the shade where we had breakfast a couple of times! All the staff in Isla bar and La Mesa were very welcoming and helpful! Just wish we had booked two weeks.!Would love to go back again! Hopefully in 2021!

Lovely apartment-Would stay again!
We came back on Sunday from staying at this lovely ground floor apartment. Very thankful that it had free wi-fi with having a nearly teenager! Great position overlooking the pool with a really good sized terrace with four sunbeds and parasol provided. No need to be up at 7am to try and get a sunbed around the pool! The apartment was very clean and the kitchen very modern with a large fridge/freezer and up to date oven, hob and washing machine. There was plenty of cutlery, crockery etc. It was very hot when we stayed so was very happy that there was air con in the bedroom (also a ceiling fan). The owners were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. You can see the care they take in their apartment and I would definitely stay there again :)

7 WEEKS THIS TIME
Just back from a 7 weeks stay at B05 and just as good as ever, we have been staying at this apartment now since 2008 and have always had a great time. Fairways have just finished a rebuild of their pool which the apartment over looks and it looks fantastic As always great communication with Pen the owner from the start of the booking till we get back, this apartment gets booked up fast because of it's place and facilities on fairways so book early if you want the dates that you want.

Best Apptm in Tenerife

Fantastic
Having stayed many times on the complex I have to say this was by far the best apartment we have stayed in. Absolutely spotless and has everything you need for a home from home environment, having spent 5 weeks there wasn't anything we thought was missing, All the kitchen utensils and crockery were of high quality. TV reception was good and we got all the channels we wanted. Free WIFI was an added bonus. This apartment has to have the best positon on the site with all day sun on the balcony which also works as a wind trap. The complex itself is great, very very secure, has good eating facilities in the Island bar and the on site restaurant. Constantly being cleaned and maintained. All the staff are friendly. Overall a fantastic holiday. We will definitely be back..

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Anlage
Zuerst das positive: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gut in Schuss. Die Terasse ist sehr groß und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt und die Mitbewohner machen nicht allzuviel Lärm. In direkter Nähe gab es diverse Restaurants und Bars. Nun das negative: Die Anlage liegt sehr nahe an der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. In der Zeit, als ich dort war, habe ich nur landende Flugzeuge gesehen. Die sind nicht so laut, wie startende. Und das zweite, was mir nicht gefallen hat, war ein stetes Brummen im Schlafzimmer, das von einem Trafo kam, der an der Außenwand zum Schlafzimmer montiert war. Alles in allem hat es mir gut gefallen und ich würde dort wieder wohnen wollen.

PERFECT!!
From the moment we arrived at Fairways Club we were impressed. The check in was swift and pleasant, we were escorted by a porter to our apartment and found it to be everything as described on Homeaway, the sun shone on the ample patio from 9:30 am until after 5pm in November. We were so impressed by the apartment that the day after arrival we booked for the following year. We hired a car but only used it once we were so content to stay around the immediate vicinity. This has been one of the very best holiday experiences.

Our stay in B05 in October/November
We have had a wonderful 2 week stay in B05 for the second time. It was good to have the welcome pack on our arrival which included tea, coffee and milk. This year even better as the apartment now has it's own WIFI. The apartment is extremely well equipped and has everything we needed for our stay. The complex is really nice, beautifully clean and secure. Looking to book again next year!

Lovely quiet complex perfect for a relaxing holiday
Very clean & well presented apartment. Has all the essentials & some lovely little touches (milk & some tea / coffee sachets on arrival, floats & toys for the kids to play with kept in a storage cupboard). Great little sun terrace with sunbeds. A little home from home in Tenerife. Would recommend for families with young children as it is a safe, gated complex with everything you need for a little break in the sunshine

One week family break
This place is home from home. It is suitable for up to 4 people with all the creature comforts you need for a self catering stay. The location of the apartments is superb with excellent access to the pool and resort facilities. Really well presented and very clean, we felt comfortable and safe. The wifi is very fast and reliable, it's a gem of a place and I can't wait for our next stay 🤗.

Property was very clean and very well equipped with al the necessary appliances. Nice and spacious .
I arrived in the afternoon and the reception staff was lovely. The lady was very helpful and gave me clear directions to the apartment. Once inside the apartment it immediately felt very homely and cosy. So spacious and airy with a lovely big balcony too to enjoy the late evening sun. The bar staff and club house staff were very polite and friendly helping with questions on where to go and what to do. I travelled on my own and felt very safe in the complex because of its secure key card doors. Local supermarket was literally across the road so very convenient for bits and pieces. I loved the pool area and enjoyed the spaciousness here too. Even though there were alot of other holiday makers there it didn't feel crowded. A very family friendly area and equally good for people travelling alone. I would highly recommend this property as I could find no fault with it. Thank you and hopefully I'll be back again.

Wonderful apartment
A great three weeks in this south facing, wonderful apartment recovering from flu! Resort staff are really friendly and eager to help make your holiday go smoothly. The apartment was regularly cleaned with many clean towels issued. Due to the apartment’s position we breakfasted each morning and had evening meals in the sun, having to use the sun shade some days. The weather in January/February was good with only a couple of showers, much better than in the north of the island. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. and recently refitted...this was our fourth visit! A car is useful although island tours operate pickups from the resort....many people simply spend all day poolside using the heated pool, cafe and restaurant (with happy hours). Thanks again, Pen.

PEACEFULL
This is our 7th stay here in B05 in 10 years and would not go anywhere else; it is great for a couple or a couple with 2 young children but not for 4 adults. You have your own private sun deck straight outside and do not have to fight for the sun beds round the pool and you get the sun all day. The complex is secure and kept well clean with an army of cleaners who do a fantastic job, even doing a clean of the apartment each week with a change of towels and sheets. A welcome pack gets you started if you arrive late after the shop outside has closed, they are open 7 days a week and have all that you would need for a holiday break ( sausage rolls to die for). If you have not hired a car there is a car hire company on site and Steve can sort you out, though you do not need one as there is a taxi rank outside that will take you anywhere you want to, the airport run is about 10 mins and 15 Euros, or the reception does a number of coach trips if you get bored and want a day out. There are various places to each within 200 yds or a larger choice on Golf De Sur or San Blas. Would I stay here again? yes! and that will be the 8th time.

FANTASTIC
Just back from a fantastic 2 week holiday. Stayed in B05 before and once again superb service from all the staff at fairways nothing was to much trouble for them if you needed anything. My 7 year old loved all the games face painting, tattoos that Oscar the animation team done with the kids. What can I say apart from I will be in touch to book again. Thank you Elma and Pen .

Amazing family holiday would highly recommend
We have just returned from an amazing week at Fairways, on arrival the reception ladies were very friendly and met all our needs. We booked our apartment B05 through Pen who was very responsive to any questions we had and made the transaction of booking completely hassle free. The apartment itself was just perfect and was spotless upon arrival, and the added touch of a bottle of wine, milk and water awaiting for us was a lovely touch , the apartmenr had everything you could need, with a new modern kitchen with all modern appliances and a lovely big shower room. The lovely Terrace that looked over the pool had the sun all day, but also a shaded area for the kiddies to sit and cool down ( when they were not in the pool!) A bonus for us that we didn't expect with our booking was maid service during our stay with clean towels and bedding, that was just great service. The pool at Fairways was just perfect for our boys 10 and 5, and us too! We couldn't get them out! The Island bar serves refreshments and great food in the day with happy hour too which also went down really well. Overall we would highly recommend and we will Most defiantly be returning to Fairways

Lovely apartment, great location
The apartment was lovely. The bedroom had lots of space to hang our clothes etc & the air conditioning was great! The bathroom was spacious with a great shower that was very powerful. The open plan kitchen & living area was very spacious & had everything you required for your comfort & entertainment. The outdoor terrace had a table & chairs which were in the shade (very handy for getting out the sun at lunchtime) but also had chairs & sunbeds for the rest of the area which had the sun all day. The terrace felt very private & ideal for relaxing in the sun. Would highly recommend this apartment! Modern, clean & well maintained. The staff were excellent & very helpful. Great apartment, great location & a great holiday!

I have stayed at B05 several times now and have a good relationship with the owners. The facilities in the apartment are first class and the staff in reception and housekeeping are excellant.

Very clean and well equipped south facing (sun all day) ground floor appartment.
We have had a very busy year and this was the ideal place to crash out and just read, sunbathe and relax for 2 whole weeks.
