Albergo bellissimo di fronte alla spiaggia.
Eravamo già stati in questa struttura ,e ci siamo ritornati .Secondo me uno dei più belli sulla spiaggia Fanabe'.Fare una vacanza a Tenerife é sempre bello a cominciare dal clima. .per non parlare poi della belisssime lunghe passeggiate...prenotazione con expedia tutto perfetto.nessun problema.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e i miei figli in questo hotel consigliatomi da mia cognata. Hotel bellissimo e luminoso. Comodo l' ascensore che collega il mare alla piscina e al ristorante. Molto bella la piscina riscaldata e ottimo il personale . Un mini club fantastico con attività e Baby dance. Carini anche gli spettacoli per tutti. Siamo stati davvero bene.

UN BEL SOGGIORNO MA MIGLIORABILE
Esternamente è bellissimo, anche la hall è davvero bella. Le camere invece andrebbero ristrutturarle un pochino tutte.Anche gli arredamenti dei corridoi sono tutti molto vecchi. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante c’è un’ampia scelta . Anche le piscine sono carine ma da tenere meglio. Personale di sala gentile. Pulizia buona .

Una promessa mancata
Albergo datato con lavori attigui in corso. La mattina si ha come sveglia un martello pneumatico. La piscina è piccola rispetto all utenza e le sdraio risulta occupate sin dalle prime luci dellalba. Lhotel non ha lido e bisogna. Pagarne uno nella vicina spiaggkia. Con prezzi molti alti. Tutti i servizi sono a pagamento perfino. Frigo wifi e cassaforte la biancheria del letto nonviene cambiata ordinariamente. Non è definibile 4 stelle.

This is a very nice hotel. The food at the main restaurant is by best barely edible. It is a shame because the hotel is very lovely and has a chill relaxed vibe. We at most of our meals of site. I would have appreciated some carpet in my room and better towel/mini bar service. The staff is above helpful and friendly. Great ocean view and accessibility. Many local drinking spots very close by that have wonderful views of the ocean and tasty cocktails.

La habiitacion, la cama era muy fofa casi te hundias en ella, la taza del baño se movia, no estaba bien sujeta al suelo, la nevera del minibar no enfriaba nada, lo mas importante que es el aire acondicionado no enfriaba nada y con una ola de calor, horroroso.En el comedor mas de lo mismo el aire no enfriaba y eramos los clientes abanicandonos pork era imposible comer a gusto.Solo destacar y muy positivamente la amabilidad de todo su personal q siempre estaban con una sonrisa y preguntando como lo estabamos pasando, chapo por el personal q tienen

L'hôtel est magnifique. Nous avons eu la surprise d'être accueillie en mode VIP grâce à notre réservation suite platinium, belle surprise. Cependant nous nous sommes fait volé notre téléphone dans la zone rooftop platinium, accès limité ! Nous avons signalé cela à la réception. La seule chose qu'on nous a proposé c'est de faire venir la police pour signaler. L'hôtel n'est après cela plus revenu vers nous pour au moins savoir si nous passions un bon séjour malgré ce vol dans leur établissement. Mis à part ce fâcheux incident, nous avons passer un bon séjour.

We had a really nice stay. The reception was very nice and were flexible with meal options for the half board option. The food was better than I expected and the hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean! Would stay here again for sure.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything is amazing from the staff to the breakfast to the pool area. The system of reserving sun loungers is genius. No leaving towels out. It’s a brilliant idea. And no kids 😀 We will be back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

Nice one week stay, very large hotel with many elevators, but stairs could have improved logistics. Food fine, but not excellent. Overall good value for money.

Great hotel
We had a great stay all staff were very nice and friendly the hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and outside with plenty of entertainment at night, only thing I didn’t like was having to book a sun lounger was a right pain but we managed to get a lounger and the room the beds were very soft to soft I couldn’t really get a good sleep but over all enjoyed our time thanks

As you approach the hotel and its grand entrance, you're filled with joy and excitement. The hotel is stunning. The rooms are very comfortable. The food is delicious. The location is fantastic. The only thing to keep in mind is the crowd at the hotel - it's fully targeting the retired and not so much the young. The activities are all designed for those born in 1950s to 1970s. So if you're a young couple looking for a happening place, this ain't it! We loved it anyway because old people are awesome and a complete treat.

We loved our stay at the Princess Hotels. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The hotel pool areas are relaxing. High standard of cleanliness. We would recommend a Platnuim stay as the additional facilities and restaurants are superb. Great location as walking distance to beach and nearby attractions.

Little break away in a perfect hotel
Absolutely amazing hotel, second time to return with a suite upgrade which was awesome! Staff are friendly and polite and cannot wait to return next year.
