Dear couple, thanks very much for your comment. Is important for us and for future tenants 😊 The current law does not allow private apartment complexes to have communal loungers (for health security). Thanks to your comment, we have bought two folding sun loungers so that our tenants can use them in the pool in addition to the two sun loungers that are currently on the terrace of the apartment. Dear future customers, we want to show our surprise at this comment. In our defense we would like to make some nuances: The most important thing for us is that our clients can see what the apartment they want for their vacations is like. That is why we upload in detail photographs in the ad, which correspond at all times with reality. The furniture may not be of "quality" but it is in perfect condition. It is the first time that in a comment they show us their unease for the tranquility of the place. We and many previous comments affirm that it is a very quiet resort for a beach vacation. The complex is a fixed residence of many foreign couples (retirees) who spend the winter on the island. It is very familiar and on very rare occasions there are customers who bother you. It is true that cleaning services or some specific customers may bother, but we must consider that we are located in a tourist area where there is a continuous entry and exit of customers. Our flexibility of schedule at the entrances and exits means that sometimes we have to do the cleaning at a different time. We are sorry that our apartment has not been to your liking and we hope you have had a nice holiday. However, we will take note of your opinion about the beds and try to change them for a double as soon as reservations allow. Best regards and best wishes! Ana &Javier ( owners )
