Pearly Grey Ocean Club Ap. a Callao Salvaje (Adeje
Al ns.arrivo ci hanno dato un monolocale con bagno per handicappati (cosa da noi NON richiesta). Alla ns. richiesta di cambiare Studio ci hanno proposto uno con bagno "normale" vicino al bar con musica notturna. Al ns. rifiuto ci hanno proposto un altro Studio pagando un sovraprezzo di 420€ (per 10gg.). Abbiamo rifiutato. Dopo 4giorni dal ns.arrivo ci han- no proposto uno con vista mare al 2*piano a 81€ in più: abbiamo declinato l'offerta perchè eravamo disgustati. La camera era rumorosa sia di giorno che di notte, ogni volta che entravamo in bagno ci si chiudeva il cuore.......Hotel sconsigliato a italiani ( può andar bene a inglesi e nordici perchè meglio considerati.........). Ah, l'altezza della scogliera è di 4/5 metri non alta come sembra dalle foto.

grazioso apparthotel a picco sulla scogliera
quando siamo arrivati sebbene l'appartamentino era stato prenotato per 3 persone abbiamo trovato solo fatti 2 letti ma per il resto tutto bene

We were allowed access to our apartment at 1200, which was ever so convenient. Fabulous swimming pool area and restaurant/bar. Wonderful helpful waiters! Calmer area of the south of the island. Enough quality restaurant options within short walk. We did not get the wonderful sea view that we expected - make sure you request/pay for it. Cleaning standards of the accommodation were a bit below expectation - perhaps in light of the early check in. The water slide should be open more often.

un petit paradis! vue imprenable sur l'île de la Gomera. Appartement propre, grand et agréable. situation calme avec toutes les commodités, petit supermarché ouvert jusqu'à 22h, plusieurs restaurants, plage de sable noir. Bon petit déjeuner pris à l'hôtel sur la terrasse. personnel charmant. A 20 min de los christianos

Nice but didnt tell us most facilities were closed
This is a lovely location with nice restaurants and the beach only a few minutes walk away. It is not a 'lively' hotel which was perfect for us. The restaurants food was nice and staff are polite. Our only issue was that when we arrived the reception staff told us 'The Edge' bar was closed which was a real shame as the view from that part of the hotel is stunning, then we wanted to get a massage as advertise on their website and were told they didnt have a masseuse on site anymore, then half way though our holiday they closed the pool for maintenance work which should have only taken 3 days.....after 4 days it was no where near complete and the pool was still closed. This was really disappointing. They did offer access to another hotel pool but we wanted to be close to our room as my partner wasn't feeling 100%, so this wasn't really good enough. If we'd of know all this we probably wouldn't of booked with them!!

Hotel with a lot to offer
The Pearly Grey has a lovely outside environment. The pool and loungers were very clean and we had plenty of choice. There is a lovely cocktail bar that has a stunning sunset view. Had lunch in the bar area and it was tasty and well presented. Staff in the bar and restaurant were pleasant and helpful. It was great that they were so thorough with the cleaning outside every morning, and they were, but the cleaners woke me every morning at 7.30 am as we were sleeping with all the doors ope as the room was very warm. The main downside for us was the rooms not having air conditioning. This made it very difficult to sleep, there were fans in the room but did not really help at all. We had a lovely lunch which tasted fresh and was well presented. The evening meal was not great to be honest. I got 4 wrinkly potatoes instead of the fries I had ordered and the chicken was tough, tasteless and did not really taste like fresh chicken. My husbands mashed potatoes tasted like they were powdered. I am not convinced they had not forgotten about us, we were thinking we were at the end of the service as throughout the holiday saw some lovely meals being presented.

The apartment that was originally booked through ebookers was not like the photos but reception (William) was extremely helpful and managed to reaccommodate us a few days later to a bigger, brighter apartment.

Beautiful apartments on the cliff with beautiful ocean views… sunset views are amazing But then it has some issues: Hot water in the apartment runs out fast… -not good if you take longer showers … ( it has some old type boiler , which runs out of hot water fast) There is No on-site parking, so you have to look where to park on street Gym only open till 5pm… Also hotel checkout time is 10am! …- unusual and way too early for Tenerife/spain (usually check out time is midday/12pm)

Lovely hotel in quiet area
Lovely apartments in a quiet area. Several good resturants within walking distance. Our room did not have air conditioning and didn't have a great view. It also was noisey early in the morning. However, the staff were lovely, the view of the sunset was amazing and there was plenty of sunbeds available both at the pool and on the deck. Overall we had a good stay here and would consider staying here again, although we would opt for a different room.

It was very quiet and the pool outside are is gorgeous especially at sunset. At night though, everything shuts down early at about 9 pm. One cant play ping pong, pools or use the pools after 9 pm.

Très bons accueil et disponibilité à la réception. Appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan. Propreté au top. Partie cuisine très bien équipée, avec en plus mise à dispo de sacs poubelle, éponge et liquide vaisselle. Tout est quasi neuf, y compris la salle d'eau/wc qui est très agréable et spacieuse. Balcon très agréable. Equipements extérieurs complets (piscine, ping pong, billard, boules, aire de jeux enfants, transats). Tout est à proximité à pied de l'hôtel (supermarché, boulangerie, boucherie, restaus, plage de sable noir, très longue promenade côtière). Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter l'île et résider au sud de l'île. Rapport qualité /prix incroyable!! Le seul petit point: ne cherchez pas un îlot de verdure ou un petit jardin dans l'hôtel.

Pearly Grey is a sweet little hotel in a gorgeous neighbourhood. We enjoyed the stay and there was a lot of good, but a few minor cons. Front desk staff are kind. Parking is luck of the draw... Sometimes you get a spot (free) or sometimes you have to walk 5-10 mins from another street. We were not the usual clientele —young Canadians. The Quo restaurant is kind of mediocre, and service was friendly but disorganized. Our room was cute, we paid extra for the seaview balcony, which was my favourite part... but the bed is in need of replacement—felt old and springy. Kitchenette was fully stocked and there is a solid grocery store just 2 mins away by walking. The entertainment coming from the downstairs restaurant every night was so cringey, several different performers doing the same tracks from the 80s over and over again, night after night lol. Seemed like fun for some but not for us, but I appreciate that they are supporting local artists and performers. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend Pearly Grey to a friend, especially for the location.

Noise but friendly staff
A lot of loud noise almost each morning close to the reception area making sure you wake up a few hours earlier than what you had wished for. Friendly staff, especially the safety guard by the pool. Check-out at 10am is not appreciated.

Fine, very calm hotel. Basic appartment. Lovely bathroom. My app had a balcony facing the restaurant/bar so gave a little noise, but nothing wild. Nice relaxing atmosphere in general.

Et skønt ophold, dejlig lejlighed med super fin udsigt. Vi spiste ikke på hotellet, men brugte pool og terasse området, som var fint. Dejlig med toilet faciliteter tæt på pool, som altid var rengjorte. En enkelt gang glemte personalet at gøre rent, så vi måtte bede om rene håndklæder. En enkelt gang var vores betalings parkering taget af en anden, men vi fik anvist en ny plads. Alt i alt et rigtig dejligt ophold, hvor vi gerne kommer igen.

The pearly Grey have lovely appartments every thing you need like a home from home. There was one fault there checkout time is very early 10 o clock our flight wasn't till 19:30 so we had to pay 10 euro an hour for 4 hours and its a bit far out from Tenerife south airport it costs about 40-45 euro in a taxi. Not a lot in Callao Salvaje few restaurants and very few shops so we spent our holiday on the local bus up and down to las America and los christianis which took an hour journey each way when the bus did come

Complejo espléndido
El hotel se encuentra en un complejo turístico cerca de Adeje. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, sobretodo las habitaciones, que son muy espaciosas, con comedor y cocina. Las vistas de la puesta del sol son espléndidas, justo encima de la Gomera que se ve a simple vista en verano. El aparcamiento es de pago pero delante habia sitio suficiente, aunque es cierto que el hotel estaba bastante vacío y por esta razón encontrábamos rápidamente plaza. En nuestra estancia comprobamos que la media de edad es bastante alta, lugar espléndido para gente mayor donde disfrutar de sus vacaciones sin moverse demasiado, aunque en Adeje era parecido (solo en la zona de Orotava y Santa Cruz encontramos bastante joven). Lugar muy recomendable para mantenerlo como base unos días.

Not much around the hotel very few restaurants Hotel very quiet no music around the pool But overall had a good stay hotel staff all good can’t do enough for you. Remember this hotel runs for the very mature guest who might stop a long time to avoid the British weather.
