Big group holiday
The communication with Johannes was excellent, they were very accommodating! The property was great and the location is a 10 min drive from anywhere you need to go.

Perfect Villa for Large groups
This villa is great for multiple families since there is 3 separate accommodations all located around the pool. Although you are in a built up area you feel as if you are the only ones there 😃

Family holiday
The property was lovely, however the pool was murky and lost one day use. The owner rectified it asap The studio needs updating and the bed was not comfortable but all other beds were great. Just missing a child’s pool as the pool is very deep so was hard work with our 3 year old but the 5 year old was happy. Overall a great place . The owner let us check in early which was great.

Hi Amanda, thank you for your review! Whenever its possible our guest can have an early checkin! We are sorry that the pool was not in perfect condition. We now changed the pool product. We will check the mattress of the studio.

Fantastisk! Raske svar hele veien, fra vi bestilte til vi dro. Johannes var hyggelig og hjelpsom og lett å komme i kontakt med. Hele huset var rent og pent. Veldig godt utstyrt og rene, fine senger med gode madrasser. Det var god plass til ti voksne og fem barn. Fint med stort lekeareal til barna. Vi koste oss ved bassenget, eller bestilte drosje til stranda eller sentrum. Drosjene kom veldig raskt og kostet ca 12 euro. Vi handlet det meste i butikken rett nedi veien her, men reiste til sentrum, ca 3 km, for større innkjøp til middag osv. Vi har hatt en alle tiders ferie og kommer garantert tilbake.

Lads golf break
Property was excellent for our needs. We rented the entire property complex which gave us 10 bedrooms. You do need a car, as a bit remote, but only a few minutes drive from the main motorway to all areas. There are a couple of good restaurants, and an English style pub , ( with all the sports screens etc) , walkable from the villa

Amazing!!
12 of us arrived at this property, 3 families of 4 with children ranging between 8 and 20 years of age. Fantastic time had by all, amazing rooms and bathrooms, whole property spotless and provided everything you could need on your stay! The outdoor space is amazing, football pitch along with a pool and lots of outside shaded area for those extra hot hours of the day! Fans provided in every bedroom, could not fault the property. It is however a little out of the way in terms of location, a taxi is required to get pretty much everywhere, however only €7 in a taxi to the Siam Mall / Siam Park and about €9 to Playa De Las America and Los Cristianos. Special thanks to our amazing host Barbara, there was absolutely nothing she didn’t do for us and any problems she sorted instantly! Simply Amazing!

Geburtstagsurlaub mit Freunden und Familie
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin Barbara empfangen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet - alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Villa können wir gerne jedem weiterempfehlen. Jörg und Angie

Een geweldige week met 8 volwassenen en 6 kleinkinderen in een uitstekend geoutilleerd verblijf!
Prachtige grote woning met veel privacy met voor ieder gezin eigen kamers en badkamers. In alles is voorzien. Veel terrasruimte (schaduw en zon) incl. prachtige BBQ voorziening. Voor een relaxte week hoef je het terrein niet af. Favoriet voor de kleinkinderen (4 tot 11 jaar) was het voetbalveldje, het zwembad en het speelhuisje. Zwembad is aan de kleine kant en niet zo geschikt voor grote groep oudere kinderen/volwassenen. Door goed en snel WIFI via streaming(chromecast) ook Nederlandse tv (voetbal) te bekijken. Uitstekende service van geweldige gastvrouw Barbara! Wij hebben een heerlijke gezinsweek beleefd!

Amazing house
Extremely warmest of welcomes from Barbara. The house had everything we needed and so much room for 16 of us. The pool was great and the grounds were perfectly kept with lots of space,the boys loved the goal posts and the younger ones the house.. Just perfect for our celebrations

Fabulous Christmas and New Year Break
Our family had a relaxing and very enjoyable stay at ther villa. The areas were spacious and the help from Barbara fantanstic. The outside chef, Roberto, was also excellent. we made extensive use of the very friendly tennis club during the stay Many thanks The Watson Family

Good property for large groups
We were a group of 4 couples and 5 children under 8. The villa is equipped with everything we wanted and we rented the Main House and the Studio. The manager, Barbara, was extremely helpful and sorted any minor issues out immediately. We would go back if we return to Tenerife again. The neighbourhood is very tranquil but only 10 minutes from Los Cristianos. Car rental is recommended as the village is quiet during the day. There is parking for at least 3 cars on site. There is a small supermarket within walking distance but a better one (Dialprix) about a mile away in La Camella (road is very busy and narrow so not walkable). Bedrooms are fine and plenty of bathrooms too. Lounge is big with TV (Netflix and limited satellite) but only has soft seating for about 7 people. Similarly dining area inside and outside only seat 8/9 at a time. Fine for us as children ate separately but not convenient for larger groups of adults. Gardens are large with slide, goal nets and playhouse - happy children!! Pool is really a large exercise pool with current machine to swim against if you want. Two smallest children (2 and 18 months) couldn't splash around in it as it is too deep, even with adult supervision. However, they loved being towed around in the current and the playhouse was well used too. Older children enjoyed the pool though as they were good swimmers. Kitchen is well equipped but the work top area is small compared to the overall house size which made most meals a two shift affair (children then adults). The standard size fridge/freezer was always completely full up and we were glad there was another small fridge in the Studio as a back up. Nice BBQ and seating areas outside and outside shower for pool was helpful. The internet connection was not reliable - OK for browsing etc. but not helpful if you need to contact your work/business for any issues (still you are on holiday!!). General summary is a large villa in a very convenient and quiet area, mostly well equipped and especially suitable for groups with small children. Hosts were excellent and we would happily return.

Great Family Retreat
The villa provided us with a lovely quiet family (7 adults, 4 kids) retreat 5 minutes drive away from the mass of tourists in Los Cristianos, Americas and Adeje. It is clean and well equipment both inside and out and we really didn't need for anything during our stay. Barbara met our party on arrival at the villa and gave a very comprehensive explanation of how everything worked, kept in touch throughout our stay ensuring all was well before returning to meet us on the final day at check out. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance but I'd recommend a hire car if picking up shopping for a large group. I don't think you'd be disappointed booking this villa :)

Fantastic holiday in an amazing villa
We were greeted by Barbara on arrival who was amazing throughout our holiday. The photos on the website do not do the villa justice it is much larger than you would expect and has everything included along with a wonderful garden and swimming pool. We are a family of 13 which included an 18 month old baby and everything was provided for us all. Barbara was on hand at any time we needed her and was extremely helpful even arranging taxis on our departure. The villa is situated in a village type setting with has a convenience store, pub and restaurants within walking distance. Los Christianos and Las Americas are a 10 minute taxi ride away which costs anything between 8 and 10 euros. We used the Siam Mall for food shopping which again only a short drive or taxi away which sell everything you need. I cannot recommend the villa enough and would like to thank Barbara for making our time there perfect and hope to see you again very soon.

A well kept, well equipped villa in a beautiful location...you will not be disappointed!
Right from the point of booking communication was great. The pictures really don't do this villa justice. 16 of us went and we couldn't believe how well equipped the villa was, Barbara was wonderful even when our delayed flight meant we were very late arriving. I was slightly concerned about no air conditioning, but the fans provided were more than adequate and the beds were so comfortable....that goes for all rooms! The taxis are quick and easy and the nearby Country club (highly reccomended) and restaurants offer everything from all you can eat cooked breakfasts to traditional meals. There is a small local shop but it is very over priced, a quick trip to the supermarket in Siam Mall is recommended. We had a wonderful week, the villa is well cared for, maintained and secure. The pool is very clean and maintained, it is very deep if you have young children but was perfect for us. With Wi-Fi, Netflix etc, all ages will be kept happy. We hope to visit again. Huge Thank you to Barbara and Johannes for a great week.

Amazing Villa and Excellent Location
We stayed here as a family of 13 for a week and it was perfect! Our family ages ranged from 5 to 65 with something for all to enjoy and keep entertained! The amenities were fantastic and Barbara was a wonderful host. The location is excellent as it is set in a peaceful village with outstanding views. We hired a car which i would recommend if you want to explore, however, there are plenty of taxi's so not a problem if you if don't! The local restaurant serves great food and evening entertainment by way of a band or a saxophone! There a few restaurants / bars in the village which are all walking distance. There is a local supermarket which serves fresh bread every morning! Overall, i couldn't fault the villa and will definitely be returning! A special thank you again to Barbara for allowing us to stay at the Villa and being available should you need anything! it was a pleasure to meet you - see you soon! James

Lovely property, excellent for our party of 20. Enough space to not feel crammed in.
The property was lovely and Barbara was very helpful. Be careful when organising transport to the property though as we had arranged a bus for 17 of our party. The bus company sent a full sized bus and couldn’t actually get to the property leaving elderly people and children having to carry suitcases up to the top of a steep hill. The property itself is lovely and very nicely furnished with plenty of sun beds and space for children to play. The pool is heated so our kids were in there whatever the weather - it can tend to be a bit hit and miss in February! Down the bottom of the steep hill are a few restaurants which did lovely food. I would recommend a car if you do have elderly people in your party as it was a struggle for them. Overall, a lovely villa and I would definitely recommend it, thank you Barbara 😀

It would be a pleasure to welcome you back! To get easily around the island and for grocery shopping, we always would recommend hiring a car directly at the airport. When booking a minibus, we would advise our guests to get in touch with us and we would give you the contact details of a bus transfer company we have had very good experience. The road leading to the villa is perfectly wide enough for any minibus to drop off the guests right in front of the property.

Perfect for a family holiday
We booked the villa for a family holiday, 18 of us aged between 2-70 . The villa was beautiful and just as described and really well equipped. We had a lovely week playing round the pool. Barbara was really helpful and came and found us when we got lost :) I agree a car is a must, the local shop is really expensive, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but not huge choice. Would recommend the villa to anyone with a large group of mixed ages.

Fabulous family villa
I stayed here with my family and 3 others. It was a fantastic villa that was perfect for our young children. They loved the pool and the huge garden with playhouse. The location was perfect, 10 min drive into playa de las Americas. A local supermarket supplied us with freshly baked bread everyday! Barbara was the perfect host who made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend this villa. We will be back!!

Tolle Villa, ideal für Familienurlaub
Wir waren 3 Familien in der Villa mit Appartement. Durch die Anzahl Zimmer und die Verteilung der Räume hatten alle genügend Platz und Privatsphäre. Die Villa ist mit allem eingerichtet was es braucht. Seifen, Abwaschmittel etc. ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir blicken auf einen super Urlaub zurück und können die Ville sehr empfehlen.

Wonderful house
An excellent place to stay for a big family or a group. We were a family of 14 (three of which were under 3 years of age) and our stay was very comfortable. The pool is locked off with a gate so it felt safe for the children. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are plenty of bathrooms and showers - no queuing :) Barbara gave us good information about the neighborhood: grocery store, fitness center, playground and restaurants in walking distance and the "city" only a few minutes by car. Highly recommended - would love to stay there again!

Große, lichtdurchflutete Villa in ruhiger, zentraler Lage
Wir wurden schon im Vorfeld sehr nett betreut von Barbara, die sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert uns sehr nett am Haus empfangen hat. Der Pool ist sehr viel kleiner als gedacht und der Kunstrasen irritiert anfangs etwas, stellt sich aber als sehr praktisch und gemütlich heraus. Das Haus ist unglaublich hell und man kann es toll zum Garten öffnen. Die Lage ist super, auch für diejenigen, die die Bettenburgen von Los Cristianos etc. nicht so mögen, man sieht sie nicht und kann sie gut umfahren. Schöne Naturstrände in Ost und West (La Caleta/El Medano) sind gut erreichbar, im Ort gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants (Finca el Meson und La Tasca del Arte). Toll ist auch die Möglichkeit, das Studio bzw. das Apartment dazu zu mieten, wenn es doch etwas zu eng werden sollte in großen Gruppen und man mehr Rückzugsmöglichkeiten braucht.

En fantastisk vecka i ett generöst hus.
Vi är en svensk familj med 6 vuxna och 5 barn i åldern 7-13 år. Alla var i stort sett nöjda med det som huset erbjöd. Poolen, uteplatserna, grill och trädgården uppskattades särskilt mycket. Möjligen skulle det behövas air-condition i Master bed room. För oss som inte är tysk eller spansktalande blev TV:n överflödig. Varför inte installera några engelskt språkiga kanaler? Wi-Fi fungerade dock utmärkt.
