“The staff was so kind, they even answer one of our call after midnight when one of the tow truck took our car and they told us where the keys were, the hause is clean fresh and feels like new, we definitely coming back , 5 stars raccomended (great for partys it even has a LED implant)”

“Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Für die Anfahrt benötigt man ein Auto. Alle Highlights der Insel sind gut erreichbar und für Wanderfreunde beginnt ein Wanderweg direkt hinter dem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Daniel war unkompliziert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. “Abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana ed è stato tutto meraviglioso. Comodo per visitare diverse località della zona, per chi, come noi piace la tranquillità é stato eccellente. “Alles ist genau so, wie es beschrieben ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Wir würden mit Obst und Wasser empfangen. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Fran hat immer schnell geantwortet und hat bei Problemen schnell geholfen. “Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Toll und praktisch ist, dass es eine Garage gibt, die sich von beiden Seiten der Straße erreichen lässt. Somit gibt es keine Parkplatzsorgen. Man ist dort mitten in der Stadt. La Laguna ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für die Nordküste, Santa Cruz und das Anaga-Gebirge. Wobei die Stadt an sich schon eine Reise wert ist. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in der ersten Etage und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Es gibt...

“Es hat uns an nochts gefehlt. Sehr gute Aufteilung des Hauses. Zentrale Lage in Puerto de la Cruz. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Unkomplizierter Check In und Check out.”

“Sehr schöne Unterkunft und guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge rund um die Insel. Einzige kleine Nachteile: Küche für echtes Kochen nur unzureichend ausgestattet und gewisse Verkehrsgeräusche durch die Straße in den Morgenstunden.”

"Hotel molto curato,pulito e bello.Ottimo sia per le famiglie che coppie.Colazione troppo completo ed il ristorante molto variopinto.Siamo stati una settimana ed ogni giorno cibi diversi,buoni e di alta qualita'.Il personale troppo gentile,cortese e dispinibile.ogni sera uno spettacolo diverso per i bambini con animazione...Non ho parole.il top che dicono e' questo."

"All'arrivo alle ore 14.10 la stanza non è disponibile (check in dalle ore 15) e piattaforma Iberostar fuori uso. La reception parla solo spagnolo (faccio domande in inglese e le risposte sono tutte in spagnolo), inaccettabile in un 5 stelle. Impossibilitati a fare il check in andiamo in spiaggia e torniamo alle 19.20. Piattaforma check in ancora fuori uso. In tutto questo vedo dei bicchieri con cui di solito i 5 stelle usano come welcome drink, che nonostante il disagio nessuno ci offre. Finalmente alle ore 20 riusciamo a prendere possesso della stanza, molto bella (vista giardino), al primo piano, esattamente sopra le stoviglie e posate della colazione. Quindi, rumore già dalle 7.30 del mattino. Piscina, spazi comuni stupendi. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort. Colazione eccellente nei prodotti: unica perplessità le bevande calde non vengono portate al tavolo (eccetto caffè americano). Nessuna traccia di servizio expedia vip: no check in anticipato (ore 11), né upgrade (ho avuto la stanza pagata). Detto questo, nonostante il personale alla reception, è un bellissimo albergo."
