"Staff was friendly and amazingly helpful. We had a missing drain plug for our tub and the manager at the desk, (the AMAZING pie lady) was super helpful and gave us a solution. "The air conditioner made horrible noise the whole time. And looked to be about to fall of the wall. Then we leave come back and our room door is open thats when we found out the whole time the door knobs did not lock and it opened without the key card still have to go through are stuff to make sure ..."
