“Great building and apartment. Brand new or newly renovated. Plenty of towels and pillows. No time to get to the square, but it is only two or three blocks - so proximity to the restaurants, bars, etc. is excellent. A few minor things for the owners - there is no outlet on the island. Obviously not intended as a computer desk - but such a large work surface deserves an outlet. “We were only here for one short stay. Arrived at 3 o’clock, and we were given the code to our room. We were in unit number one at the corner. We had an issue at the very beginning where we couldn’t find the bed, and it turns out the bedroom door had locked behind the housekeeper I guess. Once she came and unlocked it for us everything was perfect. The kitchen and bedroom are both beautifully updated as well as the bathroom. We were very happy with our stay.”

“The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke.”
