I did tell desk employee and he left a note for maintenance. Didn't see any one from maintenance. I was on vacation not planning to sit in a room all day. “The hotel is currently under renovation however we stayed Thursday thru Saturday and I didn't see one person working anywhere. Rooms were unclean mattresses filthy floors unswept and the bathroom faucet was constantly leaking. I was very disappointed with the overall condition of the building. I would pass this one up unless desperate. On a positive note the breakfast served was decent.”

“They just need to clean better!! Also, the room was great. I see the vision with it, and I believe they can make it better. It was walking distance to the island, so that was a huge plus.”

“The free breakfast is not what I expected. Not very many options and you get pre-made breakfast sandwiches and a microwave to heat them up in. Some cold cereal choices, bagels and bread to toast. Compared to other hotel free breakfast this is a let down.”
