“There's not enough parking but it was very well kept and there's a cash deposit that I never seen anything about and wasn't aware of until I checked in but you get it back at checkout”

“The only thing that we were not happy with was that there were fruit flies in both rooms that we acquired other than that everything else was fine”

“Nice basic breakfast with fresh hot food with plenty to choose from.”

“Old and tired facilities. Dirty carpets in hallways. Bathroom door would not close because the entire frame was warped. Air conditioning in lobby was broken and swimming pool was closed because of repairs. Inadequate staffing for the breakfast, one person taking care of two facilities. There were two units at this location, one was for guests with pets, the other was for non pet . We were placed in the pet facility without given a choice. Horrible experience.”

“We’ve stayed at this property four times now and have plans to stay again when we’re in the area. It’s been consistently reliable for a cost effective convenient stay and it’s pet friendly! Staff is always friendly and welcoming.”

“Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.”

“The property is generally nice for a simple short stay. It sometimes gets noisy and have some people smoking cigarettes and weed around the rooms, so that can get someone uncomfortable and to me it’s the major downside.”

“The entire property was a disaster. -Frayed carpet all in our room -Urine smell in room -Damp bed sheets -Blue duct tape pieces holding a part of the inner elevator -Have to hold toilet handle down in order to flush -Carpet on the stairwell looks like it had not been vacuumed in months -Lamps did not work”

“It was good. Clean room, easy check in, a little bit loud (mostly the plumbing) but nothing crazy.”

“The rooms tv didnt work, half the lamps didnt, there was mold in the shower and behind the mirror, there were cockroaches and other bugs all over the room. The bed had stains in it, cigarette holes, and a wet spot when i arrived. The entire property smells like marijuana outside.”
