“Room appeared to be clean, but very worn. The carpet was in tatters at the door and the bed was horrible. You could see the sag in the mattress from the doorway. We had booked for 2 nights. The bed was so bad that we left after 1 night. When we told the front desk that the bed was so bad that we were checking out, she just said "OK". We forfeited a paid night and she didn't seem to care. ”

“The rooms have been recently updated. The room was very clean, front desk staff are always friendly, and service is always exceptional. This is my favorite place to stay in Branson. I would have liked some boiled eggs and/or yogurt, or maybe cottage cheese and fresh fruit like bananas to balance breakfast as I cannot eat grease (sausage), and don't care for scrambled eggs much. “Needs an update.
No microwave
Breakfast food was terrible quality.
Lights not working in the room.
The dresser would not close at all. (accidentally ripped one of my shirts when it caught on the corner of it.
Otherwise, the hotel does what it’s meant to- sleep and go.
Pillows were good though. Although I am at the age when I bring my own already.
