“This was one of the most incredible experiences we had in Japan. The staff and service level are extraordinary. The 8 or 10 course meals at dinner and breakfast were an unbelievable experience. We traveled with young kids with varying degrees of adventurous eating and the staff was able to prepare dishes that were more western (mini sausages, fries, sunny side eggs). “The best hotel on my Japan trip so far. Especially considering the price. Everything was clean, and the facilities were great. The location was great with a Combini less than 2 minutes away. Breakfast was abundant and excellent. Onsen was cozy, clean, and professional. The only improvement I suggest is to add free weights in the gym, as it was super basic with just one all-in-one machine for lifting. I would go back for sure!”
