“Arrived to check-in and there was only one host at reception. She seemed very uncertain while helping the guests in front of me in line. It took her an hour to help them. Then when she started helping me it took 30 minutes. I am disabled and requested a accessable room. I was put in a room on the 2nd floor at the complete end of four hallways, next to the stairwell and as far away as possible from the elevator. “I liked the cleanliness of the property and my room. Check in and check out were easy. Location was great. Breakfast was okay. Liked that there was coffee and tea available throughout the day. “Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.”

“Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff.
Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities.
Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay.
Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement.
Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower.
Would absolutely stay here again.”
