“It was right in the thick of things and near everything. You can hear the train horns in the distance, and it had a nice big green yard. Also had a large deck but we had rain the whole time we were there, but it will hold a lot of people and had a dining table out there. Worked great as near all the family we went to see. ”

This is mentioned in description and communication with host was excellent. Our schedule of multiple events did not allow us to use the well-supplied and large kitchen. Runners can use the quiet driveway along the golf course about 200yds away. A few minutes easy off/on the major N/S highways....which will lead you to SB in 10 min. Away from...
