“The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It was very cozy and peaceful. We spent mornings and evenings on the deck that looks out over a small lake. We did not make use of them, but we noticed there were kayaks available, fishing docks and a rustic gazebo on the property. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again when in the area. Gloria was very friendly and helpful.”

“The Cozy Cottage #1 was a fun place to take our grandkids for a brief stay. The two lofts with queen beds and the front porch swing were a hit with them! “Absolutely stunning cabin! When we arrived there was an extreme heat wave 90 degrees. They had that AC cranked and incredibly comfortable for our arrival.The quality of the furniture, fixtures, and even down to the light switches are brand new! Highly recommend if you are looking to disconnect and relax out in nature. The other cabins are right next to you, but still feel slightly secluded.”

“My family and I really liked "Our Neck of the Woods" cottage. We were returning home from a vacation in Michigan to St Louis and thought I'd be fun to go into Casey, IL to see all the world's biggest attractions before closing the book on vacation 2026. This property is quiet and welcoming. We had dinner at Richard's Farm Restaurant and it was excellent. We also saw a deer 10 yards from the cottage out back and a muskrat in the pdnd below along with other bird wildlife. Thank you for sharing...

“Jesus was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. House was clean and looked the same as in the pictures. Hot tub was a great feature on the cold nights with a nice new deck to relaxin on during the day. Lots of board games for rainy days or lazy nights. Master bedroom down stairs was very spacious with a comfy king bed, and a full bath attached with a soaking tub and shower. There was a tv and fireplace in the master bath to keep you warm and entertained while soaking.”

“This is a super little cabin! The only issue was the outside chairs were very “rustic”… and very uncomfortable to sit more than a few minutes. Not great for sitting around a camp fire. The other cabin had new chairs outside and even more inside that weren’t even used. Wish it would have been noted in the listing to bring camp chairs. Outside of this is was a great place to stay for a get away.”
