“We spent 2 nights there. The morning of the second night we received a phone call at 6:30 a.m. that we needed to move our car because the roofers had come. We needed to sleep in because of the long drive we were going to have. So, I had to run out in my PJs and move the car. obviously, our restful night was now ended. “I was given a king suite on the top floor of the second building. The stairs up to it were rickety and when I opened the door to the room bugs scattered. The floors hadn't been cleaned and there were live and dead bugs in the bathroom as well. I asked for a different room and it was in the other building. It was better, but there were still a few roaches and the ceiling was dropping bits of plaster.”
