“My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was negative. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I was spoken to harshly and felt embarrassed by the way I was treated in front of other guests. The atmosphere around the property was chaotic, with people arguing, babies crying, and a general sense of disorder. Rather than feeling welcomed, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my stay. The room...

“Beautiful home ”

“Staff did not seem to care for their job, we were handed a piece of paper with 3 different room numbers & told to go physically check them before picking one. Upon checking the rooms, they were filthy with roaches and the doors were left open so anyone could have entered prior to us. The bed accommodations did not match what we had booked and the pictures on the website are nothing like the property. People of all natures are walking about the whole time, there was yelling from the neighbors...

“The room was the perfect size for our family. It had a king bed and doors you could close to make it a separate bedroom the living room area was really big had a lot of room and our window had a view of the pool and garden area. It was quiet and very clean and located in a nice area.”

“This hotel was decent to stay in for only one night. The carpet in the hallways and the elevator were very dirty. In our room, the beds were pretty small, although the bathrooms were clean. The rooms were also reasonabley clean. The breakfast did not have many options and the plates were styrofoam.”
