“Very large room in one of three buildings had a great view and was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating. Tv went out in a storm and they had nothing to say (or compensate for the lack) other than sorry. Maybe they could’ve directed my complaint to the manager, but they did not. No food available in the bedroom buildings, have to travel to another building. Food was unavailable until 9 am-I get up at 6, so had to drive somewhere to even get a tea (because there...

“Excellent hotel in North Bay! I would not hesitate to stay here again! The breakfast had a lot of options, and they were different the two mornings I was there. The room was big, the beds comfortable, and the blackout curtain did a pretty good job. Clean, friendly staff, good price. I have no complaints!”
