“We had a wonderful 4-night stay. The ENTIRE staff were happy and busy doing their job well. Management must be superb because the employees appear to enjoy their jobs…they act like one big family. I’ve never seen a hotel with this much cohesiveness. They take pride in all they do including constantly maintaining the property. Staff were always visible. We’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and this one stands out as a true gem. Well done!”

“Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...
