“The whole of the structure is amazing, my room was nice, however I was put at the back of the hotel next to the restaurant and all night there was a buzzing machine sound. Not being a good sleeper at the best of times, it did affect my night’s sleep. ”

“The openplan reception/games room/sports bar/restraunt was very noisy, bar was expensive.
Rooms were clean functional with tea/coffee....but no air-con!!! Which is ridiculous for a reasonably new hotel.
Breakfast was the usual buffet affair.
Carpark, free at weekends only....”

“Hotel di ottima organizzazione, vicino al centro ed affacciati sugli incantevoli canali di Birmingham. La camera è di giuste dimensioni, molto pulita ed organizzata. La colazione inglese o continentale è strepitosa, veramente deliziosa ed abbondante.
Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, oltretutto mi hanno risolto un problema con il parcheggio a pagamento sotto l’hotel che probabilmente è l’unica pecca dell’hotel se fate uso delle quattro ruote.
Un ringraziamento ancora al personale,...

“L'hotel non era male ma il mio letto sembrava essere stato sistemato con le lenzuola usate e tra l'altro non riboccate sui piedi ma arruffate... sulla moquette qualcosa di appuntito mi ha punto il piede. L'area piscina poi in Italia sarebbe stata chiusa per condizioni igieniche non descrivibili. Jacuzzi non funzionante, coperta con un telo, sauna annacquata con sporco galleggiante, piscina piccola e non limpida, spogliatoi e docce con molto sporco a terra... insomma un porcile! mi spiace ma...

“Had a 2 night stay at this property, very happy with our visit, couldn't really fault it to be fair, as we didn't really spend a lot of time there apart from our first night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy, the staff were very helpful and cheerful, had breakfast on both mornings, opted for the classic breakfast, which was ample, the bar was well stocked and plenty staff serving.
If I was to be picky, it is very minor points, I requested a twin room, but had a room for disabled...
