“This hotel had beautiful gardens and a lovely view of the Mountain side, while it was a 40 minute walk into town, it was an easy, mostly flat walk along the side of the road. Staff were very accomodating and always offered to drive me in to town on their bike and pick up dinner for me. It was a lovely place to spend some time in solitude and enjoy the natural landscape of Thailand!”

“It's not fancy. The location is great. Its next to the bus stop, and there's plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Loei is not a major tourist stop. If you are in the area, this is definitely the place to stay.”

“I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is lovely with gardens, flowers, trees, and several inviting outdoor common spaces. My room was comfortable and very clean. The owner is delightful. She shared Thai coffee and oolong tea with me in the morning helping to make my stay memorable. ”

“Phuluang Hotel is right in the centre of Loei. It is a 50 baht tuk tuk ride from the bus station. Check-in/Check-out was prompt and efficient. I was in a twin room and the room is an adequate size, particularly for one person. It has lots of storage and seating. The TV has lots of channels, but mostly in Thai. The bed was comfortable and I found it very quiet at night. The bathroom was a decent size. However, the shower was only lukewarm. Overall, I would recommend this hotel due to its...
