“When I reserved the room, I had no idea it wasn’t connected to the hotel. Inside smelled musty, and didn’t see or feel clean. The front desk lady was rude as hell. After driving 8 hours in straight rain, I got there around 2pm. I was tired from the drive, and just wanted to go to the room. Without even checking to see if the room is available yet, she instantly said we’re going to have to charge you for early check in. I’ve worked for hotels before, so she could have told me let me check and see...
