“I had a very bad experience day1. They gave me a smoking room inspite of my booking for a nonsmoking room. It was stinking. When I asked them to change the room they mentioned sold out. AC controls were not working In bath room, shower was not working. I had to literally sit under the tap to take bath. The tap was positioned such a way that I cannot sit under that without bending Kettle was not working When I complained, staff not even felt sorry. Simply said, we will change your room...
