“Superbe hôtel, tout confort, avec les lits les plus confortables de notre séjour au Sri Lanka. Les chambres sont très propres et très agréables. La télévision a même Netflix.
La piscine est très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner excellent (prenez les tartines à l'avocat, elles valent vraiment le détour).
Le personnel est très accueillant, avec un service très agréable (Merci Adithya pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse).
En plus, c'est très calme, mais à 5 minutes en tuk tuk de la plage centrale...

“Just an absolutely awful hotel. Do not be fooled by the photos, they are from around a decade ago. Everything is old, broken, full of ants and dead flies, the showers have no doors, the pool looks like a horror film.
Some other guests had a party until 5am and when we tried to find a member of staff to complain to there was no-one all night. And then they claimed the next morning there was no party.
We tried to ask for a partial refund but the owner refused and made us pay 100%. The...

“Unsere Zeit im Asaya Sands hat und uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können auf jeden Fall einen Aufenthalt an diesem schönen, idyllischen Ort empfehlen. Das Personal war äusserst Freundlich und aufmerksam, der Pool wunderschön und das Essen und die Getränke waren gut. Wir haben sogar am Strand des Hotels Schildkröten beobachten können. :-)
Einige Kleinigkeiten die uns negativ aufgefallen sind:
- der Haartrockner funktionierte nicht
- der Elektrokasten im Zimmer war durchgehend ziemlich laut

“We had an amazing stay here. The staff was exceptional and went far to help us out with everything. The room was large and clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. Hotel arranged a turtle snorkeling with a local guide that was a really good experience.
The breakfast was good and we also had lunch at the hotel two days. We even got a christmas gift from the hotel staff on christmas day.

“esperienza deludente,almeno per ciò che riguarda l'hotel,l'unica cosa sufficiente rimane la spiaggia con i lettini e con la possibilità di mettersi all'ombra di qualche albero, anche se sempre in compagnia di cani randagi che vengono all'ombra del tuo sdraio....i gestori sono sempre pronti ad approfittare del turista.”
