Hotel a Thalathuoya

“The staff were great, really helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay even better than expected. The views were amazing and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great, lots of food and the local menu was delicious. The road leading up to the hotel is pretty rough and our driver struggled in his little car. Other than that, we were very pleased overall and would stay here again. ”

Piscina bellisima e pulita. ”

“Wonderful hotel and we had an amazing stay. Very clean and well maintained with absolutely stunning interior and great rooms. The restaurant was excellent with good variety of cuisine from all over the world. Recommend to stay here when in Kandy.”

“Das Serendip Hotel liegt eigentlich traumhaft - aber in the middle of nowhere.

“We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable.”

“Great staff , very attentive , great food, clean and tidy rooms … Pool, mountain views and ambience are Amazing !!!!”

“A very beautiful and quiet place to stay. About 30 minutes from Kandy and a lovely place to unwind. The staff were wonderful.”

“Hotel is in a amazing position in the Kandy hills. The hotel is very beautiful, mostly for couples. My expectation were hire than what i found. The furniture of the room was very beautiful and based on the island style, the bathroom was very little, and not maintain properly, the bath was not good ( i prefer shower). But in the complex the hotel and room were good. only thing I have to signal is that the room was not very clean, but acceptable. During the night there was a buzzer noise. I expect...

“Schöner und grosszügiger Pool zum schwimmen. Eine ruhige Ecke zum Entspannen.”

“I try to write fair, detailed reviews as I rely on them myself when choosing properties. Mountbatten appealed to me for its heritage positioning and proximity to Kandy’s historical centre, and in many ways it delivered. Location & Atmosphere – 5★ The setting is exceptional: tranquil, elevated, surrounded by greenery, and beautifully maintained. The infinity pool is stunning and the staff are very mindful of guests seeking quiet. It genuinely feels peaceful. Service – 5★ Warm, attentive and...

“Excellent service all the staff was so nice. My room was very nice and the view of the mountains from my terrace was beautiful. The food was also very good. ”

“piccolo hotel, camera spaziosa, buona colazione.
