“Room was nice, I didn’t have a child with me but the lion king books & cuddly toy on the kids bunk beds were cute. Hotel was nice, breakfast was fine for being included, with coffee, although coffee art needs work. Although the room was nice, the room we stayed in 101, was slightly disappointed with the fact I had a walkin washroom and not a bath, and the fact that the staff all hang around by the fire exist about 10 steps from the room and have zero respect for the room. “Nice hotel in Teddington, with Pub and restaurant. Kind of British style, yet with nice fairly new rooms. Great value for the money. ”

“I wish to make a compliant. I booked 3 2 bedroom apartments but was only given a family room and one 2 bedroom apartment. The first apartment was filthy and so the guests had to ask for a different room. Then once they had left the room and returned none of the door keys worked. Other unrelated guests had the same issue.”

“Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste.”

“Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Highly recommend Edwinas home!”
