“La Pentera is a unique property and it is conveniently located around 30 minutes drive to the entrance of the Udawalawe National Park. Our host is very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond our expectations and making sure we have the best time in the property. The evening walk around the lake area is awesome, and the hammocks, swings and mini rock climb is nice too. We had our best Sri Lankan cuisine in this resort, the chicken curry is full of flavours and spices. Definitely recommend...

“The rooms were comfortable with a/c and hot water showers. The staff were outstanding. They picked us up from the main road in the dark at 11pm in a Safari jeep and they drove us and all our luggage to the lodge, as our driver’s buss would get bogged on the muddy road. “Yala Safari Camp has 6 luxury tents at this unique spot. You arrive at the reception/restuarant area and your all inclusive stay starts. This area is high up on rocks and has a wounderfull view off the treetops. The stay starts with a nice tastefull Sri Lankan lunch. After that we did a Safari in block 5 (where afternoon safaries go). “Wir haben einen sehr gemütlichen, einsamen und liebevoll umsorgten Aufenthalt genießen dürfen. Die Gastgeber sind zu jeder Zeit für eine da und man geniesst gleichzeitig eine grosse Privatsphäre. Wir hatten ein eigenes TmZelt, weit ab von anderen Gästen. Die organisierte Safari war super organisiert und wir sahen viele Elefanten und assen zu Mittag (Lunchpaket) an einem weitläufigen See.”

“Ett bra och fungerade litet hotel nära Udawalewe nationalpark. De fixade ihop hela vår jeep safari med en utmärkt chaufför med kort varsel. Fick en egen jeep som körde runt oss utan stress och under en hel eftermiddag i nationalparken till ett bra pris. Såg många elefanter, fåglar, krokodiler, apor, vattenbuffel, hjort, mm Trevlig personal som ville vårt bästa och som tom. fixade fram några öl genom att skick bud med Tuk-tuk. Suverän service.
