“New hotel quite far from the city hard. Decent service and customer service. Ridiculous breakfast in a dirty café nearby the building. All the area is in constructio, dust everywhere and continuous noisy during the night.
Not for families with children, maybe for business, for sure not before the construction will be finished: at least 1 year, considering that this is Vietnam. I will never ever will be back.”

“Beautiful hotel with amazing outlook onto the river. Boat to the city enjoyable and convenient. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. We went to the spa and got a massage which was also a terrific experience. We were only able to stay in Vietnam for a short time and staying here made the trip a proper break while the proximity to the city meant we were still able to easily explore HCMC.”

“The room was magnificent and the staff truly outstanding — attentive, warm, and always willing to help.
There are just a couple of small adjustments that would make the stay even better. The toilet area could use more privacy, as it’s entirely glass and doesn’t offer much discretion. A simple solution like frosting or a curtain would greatly improve comfort.

“I lived comfortably for about three weeks. It was great that it had not only an air conditioner and refrigerator, but also a projector and hot showers that were always available. However, I was a bit worried about the security. Anyone could enter from outside 24 hours a day, and someone from another room accidentally entered my room.
