I had a very pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the comfort and service provided. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and clearly lives up to its rating. The room was nicely arranged, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
One small thing I did miss was having complimentary water bottles in the room, as this is something I’ve usually found helpful during my stays elsewhere.
Additionally, a slight improvement could be made in the cleanliness just outside the building. Although there is a designated smoking area, there were quite a few cigarette butts visible, which suggests that the outdoor area may need more regular cleaning. While this didn’t affect me personally, it could make a noticeable difference for other guests and families.
I didn’t include breakfast or dinner in my stay, but from what I could observe and the inviting aromas from the kitchen, it gave the impression of a high-quality dining experience, with a talented chef and a well-presented bar.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate the effort of the staff. With just a little attention to these minor details, the stay could be even better.
