“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Made us wait over 2 hours to check in. We were early but it wasn’t even ready at the 4 o’clock check in. Told us it would be ready soon when we got there. A/C wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 75 in our room most of the time. I couldn’t even sleep. They had a nice pool area that would have been good to wait by but was never given any options. “During our stay the elevators had no lights and employee had to go with us in a dark elevator, at least I was traveling with my family. Imagine those traveling alone!! Also the fire alarm went off and staff could have told everyone that it was a false alarm but they didn’t we only found out when we had already gone downstairs.
