“Hotel molto comodo, con parcheggio vicino, camere non troppo spaziose ma molto pulite. Nel complesso una nuova esperienza! ”

“Hôtel moderne au look luxueux. Chambre spacieuse avec déco minimaliste. Peignoirs à disposition, pratiques pour la piscine. Nous y sommes restés 5 nuits et le ménage est fait un jour sur deux. Petit hic quant aux papiers WC, j'ai toujours dû en demander à la réception car la femme de ménage n'en mettait jamais. Astuce pour la piscine, prenez l'ascenseur "Service elevator" et appuyer sur "R" (c"est l'étage de la piscine. Terrasse merveilleuse, grande piscine, chaises longues très confortables....

“Esternamente sembra una bella struttura, ma la stanza è molto piccola, inoltre è rumorosa, quando abbiamo fatto richiesta per cambiarla ci hanno dato un’altra stanza peggiore di quella precedente pertanto siamo tornati alla prima. La colazione molto scadente, quando abbiamo chiesto di aver del latte caldo ci hanno risposto che era a pagamento, hotel da evitare”

“Bell’hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. Con bel bar / ristorante. Servizio parcheggio a 60 dollari al giorno, proprio in zona trovi posti a 15 o 20 dollari, conviene non lasciare la macchina lì. Lato negativo, finestre non insonorizzate che davano proprio su un bar frequentato. Alle 2 di notte si sentivano schiamazzi delle persone che erano uscite per la chiusura. Insomma, non per chi ha il sonno leggero.”

“Avevamo una camera a due letti le kenzuola etamo pulite e anche il bagno ma la porta del bagno era sporca e tutta appiccicosa. Le finestre non si possono aprire per motivi di sicurezza ma in questo modo non si può cambuare l aria. Il condizuonatore ha un enorme split al fondo del letto per cui quando lo accendi ti arriva il getto d aria addosso e di notte non si può tenete acceso perche fa un rumore pazzesco. Ottimo il microonde e il frigo in camera. Posizione centrale e comoda ai mezzi...

“it was requested a no smoking room but even if there were the indication for no smoking, the room was smelling so bad like if someone has smoked for long time inside. it's a big pity as the suite is fine, but this smell for the whole time was too strong. personnel kind but not supportive to solve your issues. for the rest, everything at high level.”
