“The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation.”

“We spent the Labor Day long weekend here and it worked out perfectly. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. the house is well appointed and plenty of space. The deck has a nice view of the sound that we enjoyed while eating dinner.”

“This was our THIRD time staying in this house and hopefully there will be many more visits. Bernadette is the BEST host. We have had a couple of requests/accommodations over our stays and she totally made it happen when she didn't NEED to...she's just awesome like that! The cleanliness of the house was great. Location is perfect. Everything in the house worked just fine (tv, appliances, hot water, etc.) My family can't wait to put this house on our calendar for the 2024 season!”

“I would definitely recommend Sandy Feet Retreat. It was so nice, after a long drive, to be greeted with a welcome basket full of goodies! The starter bag of paper towels and toilet paper was an added bonus. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Chris was very responsive with any questions we had. Would gladly stay here again.”

“Nice location, great view of the pool and ocean. Much needed getaway; it rained almost the whole time but we enjoyed our time indoors with games, snacks, and drinks! The condo is welcoming and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the updates are great! Rick was very communicative with plenty of tips and helpful info, made it easy to reach him if we needed. “OMG I can't say enough good about this property. Beautiful location, great amenities (beach, picnic area, gentle horses and donkeys). Soft beds. Very nice bed linen, fully stocked kitchen, deck with very nice furniture. The owner responded immediately to my comments and allowed me to stay 2 hrs past check-out time. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away in a country setting. Thanks to all who helped me. May God bless you all!”
