“L’hotel è nuovo. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Abbiamo usato la lavanderia e tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione. La colazione eccellente: per la prima volta abbiamo trovato il bacon a colazione!!!!”

“The hotel had a strong odor, maybe a food odor. The rooms were very clean. However, lights in the bathroom were poor. One light fixture with three bulbs in the bathroom and two of the bulbs were so dim. We took care of the odor with scented Lysol in our room. Beds slept good but sheets did not fit well. Minimal comforts in the room. ”

“Yes, but would be nice to have in room control when too cold.”

“Rooms were clean, and staff was very hospitable. A variety in the breakfast menu, and fresh confectionary would be appreciated.”

“By I10. It is easy to get to. It is a safe place. ”

“Below par. Bathroom tub broken fixture. No water pressure. Sink did not drain. Old tv. Nothing hot for breakfast. Certainly not worth the money. Will not try another Baymont after this. ”

“We waited at the door for 30 min to fix it , hair dryer was not working”

“The room looked old, and was unkempt . Water smelt like sewage and bathroom light kept going on and off”

“The cleanliness of the room was terrible. Spider webs and dead roaches on the floor. My wife and daughter were paranoid of bugs and rodant sounds throughout the night and did not sleep. Booked the room for 2 nights and left after the first night. They would not refund us for the second night. Also, there were people being loud outside the room. Someone wiggled the door handle. Police were outside searching the area for evidence from a crime. Just a terrible experience. Terrible customer...

“air conditioning was okay. Parking seemed safe but a lot of open doors made me concerned. Shower was awful with no water power and barely any hot water. ”
