“The lodge was very nice, very clean and a great location. Check in was super easy and we had no issues with that piece. Our only negatives are I had a difficult time sleeping because the mattress was extremely firm. My wife thought there could be a couple wall hangings to make the room have a warmer feel. Overall an outstanding stay.”

“The rooms felt very spacious, everything was clean, and the bathroom had a large jacuzzi tub. Did not hear any noise from any other rooms. Grounds outside were well kept and pretty. Staff at the desk were very kind and helpful.”

“Unfortunately, we ran into a situation with a sick child and had to make a last-minute change of plans. We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. There was a complete failure by the host to respond to any form of communication, including multiple phone calls/messages, texts and emails. What if we had been on site, dealing with an issue in our room/unit? The total...
