“Apartment 102 has large bathroom, a washer-dryer, and microwave oven. Very close to "Chicago" station - though no lift/elevator to street level ie carry bags up stairs. Major concern for apartments facing road is security light that shines through blinds all night - as bright as daylight in main room! Consider sleeping in bathroom, if you want any sleep from street noise and light.”

“Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...

“My group and I arrived a few hours past check in time and the code they sent us did not work. I had messaged and with no response I had to call. They looked into it and gave us a call five minutes later with a different code that did work. The garage seemed very safe so that was a plus. There was construction going on and we had to duck under a 2x4 blocking the door. I understand this is a shared space but there was an unpleasant smell and most areas were visibly dirty. “Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts.”

“Rooftop Movie theater looked fun during the daytime, but wasn’t committed enough to buy a ticket after sunset. Rooms were fine. Coffee shop was short-staffed the day I was there - to the point I gave up and moved on. The staff I ran into in the hotel from housekeeping to front desk to bell staff were all universally pleasant and helpful. “Hotel in ottima posizione a due passi da Michigan Av. Vicinissimo alla fermata degli autobus e circa 10 minuti a piedi dal River Walk. Struttura elegante, pulita, con camera molto ampia, dotata di un piccola cucina con frigo, tostapane e microonde. Bagno enorme con doppio lavabo e grande cabina doccia.
