“When we arrived after driving for eight hours, we discovered upon entering our room that it did not have a sofa bed, which we had specifically reserved. However, following a discussion with the front desk, we were upgraded to a larger room at no additional charge. We were grateful that they accommodated us and had a suitable room available. If we have to evacuate for hurricane, we will be returning to this hotel. ”
