Room filthy bed sheet had poo stains the mattress was covered in blood bathroom filthy carpet filthy walls filthy and had wholes in them I opened a drawer and it was broke other draws broke window nearly fell out when I opened it other window wouldn’t close kitchenette was filthy wouldn’t dare use it tv with remote no batteries the staff was rude as hell banging all night long people hanging around the car park all night I have taken photos and will be posting everywhere worst hotel ever

Great location and a very short walk into Alderley Edge village. We arrived about 2.15 and were told that our rooms weren’t ready (check in is 3pm) which was fine. Later on we noticed how few guests there were in the hotel so wondered why there was an issue with the rooms not being ready. The first receptionist wasn’t particularly apologetic, but when we returned we were greeted in a much better manner by another member of reception staff. Rooms are nice. Breakfast staff were quite abrupt but overall a nice stay and location was the winning factor.
