“The property is beautiful and promotes a relaxing and restful atmosphere. Innkeepers John and Marie were very cordial and helpful throughout our 4-night stay. They have the gift of hospitality, and it shows. Breakfasts were delicious and offered a variety of options. If you're planning a trip to Bryson City, book a room at McKinley Edwards Inn. You'll be glad you did! We are!”

“This motel is excellent! One of the best motels we’ve ever stayed in. We booked it for our visit to the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad, which was only about a 5 minute walk so super convenient! About 5 minutes to all the stuff in the downtown area as well! The staff here were very friendly and attentive, when we came back to the motel from our railroad trip they had straightened everything up and gave us more towels. The property and the room were also super clean. No complaints! ”

“I prefer Bay Mountain Inn over all Hotels in the Cherokee, NC area. The hotel is just in the right location. I went to Relax, total Peace and Quiet, I had a 4-night stay, I slept really well, totally Rejuvenated. The staff was observant to the "Do Not Disturb" sign that hung on the doorknob for days while being aware that I was doing just fine being locked in my room. I really should visit more often. Beautiful Mountains Sides and Bay Mountain Inn. Cleanliness is Over-the-Top!”

“The Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The shower curtain was installed not high enough resulting in a foot of the curtain at the bottom folding into the tub. It is a slip hazard. I hope they will correct this. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay. The rooms on the riverfront with a balcony were wonderful!”
