“This was our second stay here. We had a room booked in Gatlinburg, NC but the places booked was a major disappointment. No heat, poor service. We decided to come back to the Sleep Inn where we had a great experience the night before. The management and workers take great pride in place!! Everything is clean and workers are very friendly. ”
