“We were parked in handicap at the VERY FRONT of the motel, and got a MASSIVE dent in our new car. Manager won’t call and they have don’t NOTHING to help us get any info. The dent happened on the side of the car facing the front entry, not even next to another vehicle. Horrible place to stay if this is how they treat their quests. We are moving forward legally. ”

“Breakfast was good. Hot tub wasn’t operational. Had no hot water one evening overall everything was good”

“The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Only syrup for waffles. And why was everything warmed up in plastic? Microplastics are dispersed more when food warmed up in plastic. So that was a bit off putting.
Pool was too cold and had rusty parts of equipment.
Biggest disappointment was that front lobby was full of boxes. I know they are rennovating. But youd think the boxes could be stored somewhere else.
