“Exactly as per the listing, sweet, clean cabin that suited myself and friend and would suit a family or 2 couples. Cosy, but has everything you need. Awesome beach a few minutes walk away (uphill) and we spent the day walking as you can walk to Terrigal (tide mindful). Plenty of things to do around the area however if you just want fresh air and peace & quiet, an ideal place to stay. Justine lovely and nothing too much trouble and gave us plenty of tips. “Accomodation lived up to everything that was promised. Loved the location and surrounding amenities. Unfortunately weather was not agreeable so unable to explore surroundings (maybe next time). “The Avoca Beach Guesthouse was perfectly clean and tidy, well-situated a short drive up the hill from the shops and the beach. The bed was comfortable with bedlights. The kitchen was good for cooking meals and the fridge capacious. TV good. Portable radios do not work well (not the owner's fault), but there is digital radio on the TV. We enjoyed our stay very much”
